NEW DELHI: Delhi University may release a sixth cutoff list as several seats, especially in the reserved categories, are yet to be filled. The second day of admissions in the fifth cutoff list on Friday saw a decent turnout.

Many students tried their luck after withdrawing from other colleges to get admission in some courses.

While the university is yet to take a final call on the sixth cutoff list, several principals think it’s a good move. Promila Kumar, principal of Gargi College, said, “It would be better if a sixth list comes out to allow colleges to fill vacant seats.”
